PNG to SVG

Real vectorization. Many converters simply base64-encode your PNG inside an <image> tag — the file says.svg but it's still a bitmap that blurs when scaled. This tool traces the pixels into genuine vector <path> elements. You can verify it yourself: copy the SVG code and you'll see paths, not an embedded image.

Transparent areas are treated as background and simply omitted from the trace, so a logo on a transparent PNG converts cleanly into standalone vector shapes.

Photos contain thousands of subtle color gradients, and vectorizing them produces many layered paths — the SVG can end up larger than the original PNG. Vectorization shines for logos, icons, and line art; for photos, expect a posterized art effect rather than a faithful copy, and consider whether a compressed raster fits your need better.
